  3. While you are whisking, add the four egg yolks but only one at a time

  5. Meanwhile, let the heated chocolate cool down for a few minutes

  • ½ cup of unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup of softened butter

  • 3 tablespoons of dark cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of heavy cream.
